The Byron football program celebrated with their family and friends on Sunday after winning the Class 3A Championship last Friday in Normal.
The Tigers beat Tolono Unity 56-50 to finished with a perfect record of (14-0).
This was the 4th Class 3A State Championship in the Byron football program. They were also champions in 1999, 2021, and 2023.
Each team went undefeated that season.
