ROCHELLE – SuperHits 93.5 will celebrate 60 years on the air Sunday, Sept. 20, from noon to 4 p.m. at The Flight Deck Bar & Grill and Chicagoland Skydiving Center in Rochelle. The free event will feature a Hub City Motor Club classic car show, the Against The Grain Monster Truck, live music from the Incredible 45’s, ice cream from Roiel Scoop and BBQ from Ralfie’s BBQ and Catering. Butch Patrick, who played Eddie Munster on the classic television show The Munsters, will also attend and sign autographs while the Munster Koach will be on display.
Patrick said he enjoys meeting fans and answering questions about the show.
“I bring some Munster stuff with me, and I love to meet and greet and take some photo ops, answer all those Munster questions that people have been, you know, wondering what went on behind the scenes,” Patrick said. “So we always have a good time.”
The celebration will also include skydiving demonstrations, prizes, special guests and food and drinks from The Flight Deck. The event is free and open to the public, with guests encouraged to bring their families and classic cars.
