Bulls second-year player Matas Buzelis is named to the NBA’s Rising Stars Game for the second year in a row. The forward played last season on the rookie team and this year he’s on the team of second-year players.
Buzelis was also invited to the NBA Dunk Contest, but he passed on that opportunity. He is averaging 14 points and five rebound per game.
