Coby White led the team with 25 points. Josh Giddey added 23 points go with 11 assists for a double-double as the Bulls have won two of their last three games.
Donovan Mitchell led all scorers with 32 points for Cleveland, which has dropped three-of-four.
Bulls play at Cleveland on Friday night.
