The Chicago Blackhawks had their 4-game winning come to an end on Friday night as they lost to the Washington Capitals 5-1 at the United Center.
The Capitals scored 3 goals in the first period in the win. They were led by Connor McMichael who had a goal and an assist.
Oliver Moore had the only goal for Chicago. Several players did not play in the game due an illness which hit the team.
The Blackhawks skate in Nashville against the Predators on Saturday night.
