Authorities ID Man Hit And Killed By Car In Rockford

ROCKFORD –  Authorities are identifying the 63-year-old man hit and killed by a car in Rockford.  Police say Clark Robinson was hit Monday morning near East State and Dempster.  He died later at the hospital from his injuries.  The driver of the car remained on the scene and no charges have been filed.
