BYRON — Habitat for Humanity of Ogle County is raffling off a storage shed to support affordable housing projects in the community. An 8-by-10-foot shed, built by Byron High School construction students, will be raffled Friday at Byron’s homecoming game.
Sheri Anspaugh Executive Director, Habitat for Humanity of Ogle County, said this helps raise funds for current and future builds.
“Every dollar matters. All the funds raised from the raffle go straight toward building materials for our housing projects.”
Tickets are $10 each or $25 for three and can be purchased at www.habitatoglecounty.org. Winners are responsible for permits and ensuring delivery within two weeks of the drawing.
