DETROIT – The Chicago Cubs had to play 10 innings of baseball Monday night, but it wasn’t enough to topple the Tigers, losing 8-6. Detroit jumped to a fast 4-0 lead in the first inning when Riley Greene launched a massive three-run home run to right-center field Seiya Suzuki crushed a two-run homer in the third inning and Michael Busch added a solo home run in the fourth, but it wasn’t enough as the Cubs fall in extra innings. They’ll try to bounce back at Wrigley Field with game two of the series, first pitch Tuesday at 7:05 p.m.
