ROCHELLE – The Rochelle Elementary School District 231 Board of Education approved several staff changes during its meeting Tuesday night. The board accepted the resignations of special education teacher Tim Ganczewski, executive assistant Shannon Meier and Lincoln School paraprofessional Jaclyn Seyller. John Michael Loggins will take family leave beginning in April 2027, while Itzel Garcia’s family leave will begin in January 2027. Kelly Kersten was transferred from payroll clerk to district executive assistant, and Edith Delhotal was hired as a Lincoln School paraprofessional. Jessica Rogers was hired as the district’s payroll clerk. In extracurricular changes, Kevin Diemer was transferred from assistant boys basketball coach to eighth grade boys basketball head coach, while Noah Mershon was moved from eighth grade head coach to assistant coach. The board also approved two year appointments for Pat Casey, Todd Prusator and Jill Schwartz to the David Crawford Foundation Board of Directors.
