ROCHELLE – Sections of 20th Street and 10th Avenue are closed this week for the 28th annual Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival at Atwood Park. 20th Street is closed between the band shell and Cooper Park west entrance, and 10th Avenue is closed between the Cooper Park southeast entrance and 20th Street. The festival, moved from downtown due to construction, will feature live music, a car and motorcycle show, dance acts, a parade, food vendors, and a beer garden, with the parade following its traditional downtown route Sunday.
