OREGON — The Rock River Valley Blood Center is holding a blood drive today, May 4, at the Rock River Center, 810 S. 10th Street, until 1 p.m in Oregon.
“Even one donation can support multiple patients, and we encourage anyone eligible to take a few minutes to help save lives,” said Maggie Anderson, Marketing and Recruitment Specialist for the Rock River Valley Blood Center.
RRVBC supplies the total blood needs for 14 area hospitals and depends on regular donor support to meet weekly targets. Appointments are encouraged at RRVBC.org and donors should bring a photo ID.
