FORRESTON — A 16-year-old Mount Morris teen was cited after a single vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon west of the intersection of Town Line and Cedar roads. The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded about 2:25 p.m. and determined the teen was in violation of the state’s graduated driver’s license law for having too many passengers. The driver and two passengers were evaluated by Forreston Ambulance at the scene and were released to their parents.
