MONROE CENTER – Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 66-year-old Canada man early Tuesday after a report of gasoline being dumped behind Casey’s Gas Station at 5534 North Limestone Road in Monroe Center. Deputies responded to the location at about 4:38 a.m. and arrested Alvin R. Dyck following an investigation. Dyck was released with a notice to appear in court.
