Coroner IDs Winnebago County Jail Inmate Who Died

ROCKFORD  —  Authorities are naming the 56-year-old inmate at the Winnebago County Jail who died this past weekend.  The Winnebago County Coroner’s Office says Cedric Johnson experienced a seizure early Sunday at the jail.  He was sent to the hospital, where he died.  His cause of death hasn’t been released.
