KINGSTON — A 38-year-old Kingston woman was charged with felony criminal damage to property after Dekalb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a woman breaking windows Tuesday night. The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called around 8:30 p.m. to the 8000 block of Cherry Valley Road where they found several windows and appliances allegedly damaged at a residence. Authorities said Jessica A. White was identified as the suspect and was seen by Genoa Kingston EMS but refused treatment. She was arrested at the scene and charged with criminal damage to property over $500 and less than $10,000, a Class 4 felony. She was taken to the DeKalb County Jail and later released on a notice to appear in court.
