MONROE CENTER — A 45-year-old Rockford driver was injured Thursday night after their vehicle overturned on I-39 southbound near mile marker 110. Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies said the vehicle was traveling south when it reportedly blew a tire, causing the driver to lose control. The vehicle entered the west ditch and overturned before coming to rest. The driver was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Monroe Center Fire and EMS, New Milford Fire and EMS and Illinois State Police assisted at the scene.
