Canvas Restored At University of Illinois After Cyberattack

CHAMPAIGN  —  The University of Illinois is resuming final exams after a cyberattack involving Canvas.  In an email, the university announced that Canvas at Illinois is now online and available to the university community.  All exams originally scheduled for Friday took place yesterday.  The U of I postponed the exams following the cyberattack earlier this month.  Among the information involved were user data, including names, email addresses, student ID numbers and messages.
