ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Chamber of Commerce is again hosting its Merry and Bright Decorating Competition with winners selected in residential and business categories, and business entries judged on December 5 with results posted online once winners are notified. Residents and business owners are encouraged to submit their information for entry, and a separate People’s Choice award will be decided through social media voting for the residence that draws the most support as the community prepares for the holiday season.
Rochelle Chamber Executive Director Tricia Herrera said Rochelle loves to put on a show for Christmas.
“We really have a spirited community and they really take pride in their homes and pride in that small town feel,” she said.
