BYRON — The City of Byron received a $65,950 proposal from Fehr Graham last week for loan administration and design work for a lead service line replacement project. The proposal covers IEPA loan documents, engineering plans, bid specifications and contractor bidding. It identifies 86 known lead or galvanized lines and notes that 938 service lines still need confirmation through a separate contract. The firm also lists several exclusions, including construction oversight, environmental work, geotechnical work and permit fees.
