STILLMAN VALLEY – The annual Cardinal Community Christmas will take place Sunday, December 7th, from 4 to 7 p.m. in downtown Stillman Valley. The event, organized by the Cardinal Community Christmas Steering Committee, will feature a number of holiday activities.
“The tree lighting, horse and carriage rides, and Santa’s arrival make this event a special way for the community to celebrate the holiday season,” said Jennifer Kerch of the Cardinal Community Christmas Steering Committee.
The Stillman Bank tree decorating contest will showcase about 28 decorated trees, with proceeds from a voting fundraiser supporting the Bread of Life. The Meridian Junior High Student Council Holiday Vendor Fair will run from 3 to 7 p.m., offering handmade gifts and appearances by Frozen characters. Event details can be found on the Cardinal Community Christmas Facebook page.
