ROCHELLE — The City of Rochelle has appointed Finance Director Matt Hoffman as the city’s authorized agent for the Illinois Municipal Retirement System (IMRF). The resolution, adopted November 10, 2025, grants Hoffman the powers and duties under law to administer the city’s IMRF system and to oversee matters related to the nomination and election of IMRF trustees.
