Gas Prices Hold Steady Across Northern Illinois

ROCHELLE – Gas prices remain steady across the region as November begins, with averages at $3.07 per gallon in Ogle County, $3.12 in Lee County, and $3.19 in DeKalb County, according to the American Automobile Association. The Illinois average stands at $3.28, slightly above the national average of $3.07. AAA reports the national average rose about 5 cents in the past week, partly due to refinery maintenance in California, but prices remain lower than this time last year and are expected to stay stable heading into Thanksgiving.
