CHICAGO – The list of the best cities in America to celebrate Halloween is out. The top five best cities to celebrate Halloween were New York, Jersey City, Los Angeles, Chicago and Las Vegas. That’s according to a new WalletHub study, which ranked the best 100 cities in the country to celebrate Halloween based off of 20 metrics. Those include the number of Halloween costume stores per capita, trick-or-treater friendliness, Halloween fun and Halloween weather.
