OREGON — Officer Kevin Most was sworn in Tuesday night as the newest Oregon officer and detective. A native of the Oregon area, Most earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Western Illinois University and began his law enforcement career in 2011 with the Byron Police Department. He joined the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office in 2016, serving in the Detective Bureau. Most is recognized for his professionalism, approachable personality, and dedication to public service. He enjoys spending time with his daughter, Addison.
