DIXON — Dixon families are celebrating Halloween today with the Treat Street and Parade Palooza, beginning at 9 a.m. at Haymarket Square and continuing with judging, treats and a trunk or treat at OSF Circle Drive. About 20 decorated vehicles and numerous downtown businesses are handing out candy to children in costumes.
