DEKALB – DeKalb County Crime Stoppers is asking for information about a series of electric scooter thefts that occurred on the Northern Illinois University campus between August 29 and October 10. The thefts happened at bike racks near residence halls, academic buildings, and the Holmes Student Center. Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest and allows tipsters to remain anonymous by calling (815) 895-3272 or emailing crimestoppers@dekalbcounty.org.
