DIXON — Witches Night Out takes over downtown Dixon this evening from 3 to 8 p.m. with extended shopping hours, dining specials and plenty of spooky costumes. Participants are encouraged to dress in witch-themed attire while enjoying deals at local restaurants, bars and boutiques.
