LEE CENTER — The Lee Center Road District is exploring a Standing Corn Snow Fence Program and is inviting farmers to attend the Lee Center Township monthly meeting on Aug. 13 at 8 p.m. to discuss the proposal. Officials said they are reviewing similar programs to develop guidelines before moving forward. The proposal would apply only to standing corn planted in rows that run parallel to township roads on the north and west sides. Farmers interested in participating or learning more are encouraged to attend the meeting.
