Trivia Night To Test Knowledge Of American History At Flagg Township Museum

ROCHELLE — The Flagg Township Museum will host a trivia night on Monday March 23 from 7 to 8 p.m. as part of its Chautauqua at the Museum series. The program will focus on American history from 1776 to 2026 as part of the museum’s year long theme We the People marking the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

Flagg Township Museum Director Jan Devore said you don’t have to be a trivia champion to participate.

”We’re a friendly place. We are not going to make it overly difficult. We’ve kind of kept that in mind as we put these questions together,” she said. “I ended up with maybe 30 questions, a couple of things that would give us an extra point if you knew the kind of follow up answer.”

Themed prizes will be awarded and refreshments will include Martha Washington gingerbread with coffee and tea. The program is free and open to the public.
