Rochelle Approves Downtown Business Grant Program

ROCHELLE – The City of Rochelle on Monday approved a Small Business Interior Improvement Grant Program for businesses in the Downtown TIF District, offering 50 percent matching grants up to $10,000 for eligible interior upgrades. Small businesses with fewer than 25 employees can apply for permanent improvements that enhance safety, accessibility, or functionality. Projects must be completed within six months of approval, and businesses must remain open for at least 12 months after receiving funds.
