DEKALB – Construction crews have started resurfacing the southbound lanes of the Annie Glidden Road underpass in DeKalb, removing old pavement to prepare for new concrete. The upgrade follows similar work completed on the northbound lanes last year. Concrete is being used instead of asphalt for its longer-lasting durability. The project is expected to take several weeks to finish, depending on weather conditions.
