OREGON — An Oregon man was arrested early Friday after allegedly fleeing from Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies who attempted to stop a motorcycle around 1 a.m. in the 1700 block of West Washington Street. Deputies later located the motorcycle in the 800 block of Franklin Street with no rider present. Following an investigation, 27 year old Cody Moser of Oregon was arrested on charges of aggravated fleeing to elude, fleeing to elude, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and driving more than 35 mph over the posted speed limit. Moser was taken to the Ogle County Jail and later released on a notice to appear.
