Oregon Church of God Blood Drive Tuesday

OREGON – A blood drive will be held Tuesday from noon to 5 p.m. at the Oregon Church of God, 860 W. Oregon Trail Road in Oregon. The Rock River Valley Blood Center is collecting whole blood donations for area hospitals. “One donation can help more than one patient when the blood is separated into different components,” Anderson said. “We appreciate everyone who makes time to donate and support the regional blood supply.” Donors can give whole blood every 56 days, and one donation can help save up to three lives. Donors must be at least 17 years old, or 16 with signed parental consent, and weigh at least 110 pounds.
