SAVANNA – House Minority Leader Tony McCombie is holding her sixth annual Spring Photo Contest for residents of the 89th Legislative District. Residents are invited to submit high-resolution photographs taken this spring that showcase people, landscapes, landmarks, statues, or monuments from northwest Illinois. Winning photos will be displayed in McCombie’s Springfield and Savanna offices for the remainder of the 104th General Assembly. Entries must be submitted by email as soon as possible with the photographer’s name, address, phone number, and location of the photo, and winners will be announced June 19.
