Man Charged For Dragging Woman Out of Car And Beating Her In DeKalb

DEKALB  —  A 34-year-old man is accused of dragging a woman out of his car and beating her in DeKalb.  Eduardo Juan Perez is charged with aggravated battery, domestic battery, endangering the life or health of a child and DUI.  The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office says the suspect stopped his vehicle early yesterday on Fairview Drive, pulled the victim out of the car by her hair, threw her to the ground and began kicking her.  He then drove off without the victim and two other people.
