    Man Charged After Explosive Devices Found In Rockford Home

    ROCKFORD –  A 29-year-old man faces charges after explosive devices were found in a Rockford home.  Police say the devices were located Wednesday in a house in the 1600 block of North Church Street.  The items were removed and safely disposed of by the Rockford Police Bomb Unit.  The Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office charged Joshua Kelce with possession of explosive devices.  Kelce is currently in jail on unrelated charges.
