Lawsuit Over Deadly Building Collapse In Davenport Updated

DAVENPORT —  A lawsuit filed over the deadly collapse of a Davenport apartment building two years ago is being updated.  A new amended petition that was filed last week adds 75 plaintiffs and four new defendants to the case.  The filing says there are more than 100 residents and others who were impacted by the partial collapse.  Three people were killed in the May 2023 incident.
