ROCHELLE – A 16-year-old male juvenile from DeKalb is facing a charge of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle after a traffic stop in Rochelle early Monday morning near the intersection of Caron Road and School Ave. The Rochelle Police Department say around 12:50 AM they stopped a passenger vehicle that was reported stolen from DeKalb and took the driver into custody. He was also cited for Improper Turn Signal, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Speeding 71 mph in a 30 mph zone, no valid drivers license and a headlight violation. He was released to a parent or guardian with a notice to appear.
