SPRINGFIELD – Leftover county permits for Illinois’ 2026 spring turkey season will be available over the counter beginning March 10 through May 14 at license vendor locations on a first-come, first-served basis until quotas are met. A list of permits remaining after the third lottery will be posted online by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.
