Gulke Named Finance Director at DeKalb County Community Foundation

SYCAMORE — The DeKalb County Community Foundation has appointed Sycamore resident Scott Gulke as its new finance director. Gulke brings nearly three decades of corporate finance experience and a strong connection to the community, having previously worked at Allstate and remained active locally through volunteer work and substitute teaching. In his new role, he will manage the Foundation’s financial operations and support its work to improve quality of life across DeKalb County. The Foundation currently manages more than 475 funds and distributes over $4 million in annual support.
