Gas Prices Rise Slightly Across Illinois and the U.S.

CHICAGO — Gas prices have increased slightly with the national average for a gallon of regular gasoline at $2.94, up a few cents from last week, according to the American Automobile Association. In Illinois, the average price is $3.04 a gallon. Local averages include $2.88 in Ogle County, $2.94 in DeKalb County, and $2.94 in Lee County.
