Byron’s Caden Considine Receives an Offer from Iowa

Byron all-state linebacker and running back Caden Considine may be playing college football at Iowa.

The senior has been offered a preferred walk-on position with the Hawkeyes.

Considine would play linebacker for Iowa if he decides to attend the Big 10 school. He got the offer from the Hawkeyes this past weekend.

Considine will play his 4th season on the varsity this fall with the Byron Tigers. He also plays basketball and baseball in the Byron sports program.

Considine’s father, Sean, was also a walk-on at Iowa where he played from 2001 through 2004.

He was then drafted and played 8 years in the NFL with 4 different teams.

Considine was on the Baltimore Ravens team that won the Super Bowl during the 2012 season.
