Drake Baldwin had a 2-run single in the inning for the win.
The White Sox had led 8-2 in the game.
Michael Harris II and Jurickson Profar had 2-run home runs for the Braves. Ozzie Albies also had 3 hits and 2 RBI.
Kyle Teel had a home run and 4 RBI for the White Sox. Luis Robert Jr. also had a 3-run double.
Tyler Alexander took the loss in relief for Chicago.
The rubber game in the series will be played Wednesday night in Atlanta.
