(Indianapolis, IN) — Bears General Manager Ryan Poles says that he will not rule out dealing backup quarterback Tyson Bagent. There are reports that teams have called about the availability of the reserve signal-caller.
Poles, who is in Indianapolis for the NFL Scouting Combine, says he won’t block any opportunity for Bagent to perform for a team and do some really good things.
The Bears didn’t need Bagent much over the last two years with Caleb Williams making every start. He has only thrown six passes last season.
