Alzheimer’s and Dementia Staff Education Week Runs Feb. 14–21

SPARTA, N.J. — Alzheimer’s and Dementia Staff Education Week is observed Feb. 14 through Feb. 21 to raise awareness about the importance of proper training and certification in dementia care for staff educators and direct care workers. The observance is organized by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.
