Dave Cartwright has been named the new head golf coach at Rochelle Township High School.
He replaces Glen Mehings who retired after 31 years as head coach for the Hubs.
The RTHS school board approved the hiring on Monday night.
Cartwright has been an assistant coach in the golf program for the past 13 years.
He is also a varsity assistant baseball coach at RTHS.
