ROCHELLE — The “Life Mobile” has arrived in Rochelle. The Rock River Valley Blood Center is collecting blood at Central Bank Illinois, 340 May Mart Drive, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome as the center works to boost the regional blood supply heading into the spring season.
Maggie Anderson, Marketing & Recruitment Specialist for the Rock River Valley Blood Center, said “If you have a window of time this afternoon, head over to May Mart Drive because your donation is the ultimate way to pay it forward today. Every pint collected stays local, so come on out and make a difference before 5:00 p.m.”
