Pet of the week: Hi, I’m Volo. I’m a 2-year-old boy weighing a little over 40 pounds. I’m a sweet, skinny guy with a soulful face, brown-tinted paws, and the funniest brown fur on the lower half of my tail. Yup, I am quite unique! I’m very treat and toy motivated (I love them!) and I know sit, paw, down, and touch and I’m eager to show off my good manners. I’ll happily sit just in case a treat might appear I’m friendly, affectionate, and I love cuddling, belly rubs, and cozy blankets. Oh, and I ride nicely in the car.
A few volunteers even added me to their favorites list after getting to know me! I’ve lived indoors with adults and kids before and did well, but I do best with older kids since I can guard my food and toys. I also have some separation anxiety and don’t do well in crates.
