The plan includes work on Stark Avenue, Wyman Street, Kingsway Drive, Vista Terrace, Becker Place, and Borden Avenue, consistent with the city’s five-year street plan. Improvements will include new base and resurfacing, ADA ramps, spot sidewalk and curb replacement, structure adjustments, topsoil, seeding, and erosion control. Work is expected to begin in July and be completed by October.
