A retirement event for Stillman Valley Head Football Coach Mike Lalor took place yesterday at the Cox farm in Chana.
The football program for the Cardinals has held dinners at the farm since 2008.
Current and former players along with area residents attended the gathering.
Lalor has resigned after 28 seasons on the sidelines for the Cardinals. He had a record of (223-88) which included 5 state championships.
Lalor has been in the Stillman Valley football program since 1994. He had 21 playoff teams.
